Hourly Offices and Conference Rooms are now OPEN:
Tired of working from home? OA hourly offices and conference rooms are the perfect getaway.
OA will be heavily sanitizing all of our offices and meeting space between every use. We ask that you avoid meetings if you or anyone in your party is sick or has been exposed to someone sick. We will support the Governor's instructions to wear masks and encourage gloves for yourself and your clients.
We ask your flexibility in waiting for your room or office allowing us time to sanitize thoroughly. We will have coffee, but will be using paper coffee cups until further notice

Lobby is now open – We will comply with no more than 5 people gathered together and to stay back 6 feet from each other. Our West side location will have a one-way foot traffic system. Please come by with your mask on for everyone's safety.
Mail is sorted business as usual. For your safety, before making an unnecessary trip in, we encourage you to call or email us to discover what is in your mailbox at 505-796-9600 or EMAIL US. We can snap a photo of the outside of your mail or scan and email it to you at no charge.Clients will now be able to drop off items for pickup and visa versa
ONSITE OFFICE TENANTS
As usual, our onsite tenants are free to come/go as needed 24/7 and our staff will be onsite as usual 8-5 pm. Onsite clients may even consider working odd hours such as evening and weekend hours to limit contact and exposure even more. OFFICES ARE AVAILABLE FOR RENT month-to-month.
Please comply with the Governor’s safety orders. Please limit the number of clients brought into the office at one time to limit for your own exposure and our employees’ exposure as well. Please have families with children wait outside or talk to the receptionist about a free conference room to avoid unnecessary exposure. Please comply with no more than 5 people gathered together and to stay back 6 feet from each other.
Please inform each of your clients NOT to come in if they even feel slightly ill or have had a fever in the past 7 days or been exposed to someone who has.
All clients and their clients must comply with mask orders
