CURRENT STATUS: PARTIAL CLOSURE
For everyone's safety, Office Alternatives took voluntary precautions on 3/18/20 to limit the spread of the Coronavirus by deciding to close the main lobby, including all meeting rooms, effective 3/23/20. Now, also in compliance with the latest closure announcement by the Governor of NM of 3/23/20, we continue with this partial closure.
We care most about our clients' and employees' safety and have taken extreme measures to keep germ spread at a minimum implementing many new procedures. Because we are a Registered Commercial Mail Agent for the US Postal Service, we are legally able to remain partially open to sort mail and answer client phones without disruption of those services. Our onsite tenants are able to access their offices as well with their entry cards.
The services changes, outlined below, are short-term and when ready, we will reopen and be there for you and the community even stronger than ever.
We want to be strong when this is over to continue helping other businesses bounce back post-crisis. We want to help your businesses thrive upon recovery.

Hourly Offices and Conference Rooms are now closed temporarily:
We can set up and host your virtual meeting or webinar for a small $10/host fee. This is a video enabled option and we do all of the links for you, email them out and ensure your meeting starts.
Mail Sort and Pickup:
Mail will be sorted business as usual. For your safety, before making an unnecessary trip in, we encourage you to call or email us to discover what is in your mailbox at 505-796-9600 or EMAIL US. We can snap a photo of the outside of your mail or scan and email it to you at no charge.
Mail will no longer be available to pick up at the reception desk, please bring your mailbox key as we will have all mail sorted and available daily after 3pm and placed in your mailbox.
We will gladly forward you any important mail to your address of choice for a postage only.
We’re asking you redirect the shipment of large packages to your home address. If a package does not fit into a package locker, we will call you to pick up by appointment only whereby the package will be put outside the door upon arrival.
Client Dropoff/Pickup disabled
Clients will not be able to drop off items for pickup and visa versa during this partial closure.
Are free to come/go as needed with building slider card, but without reliance on Office Alternatives’ staff
Should comply to the Governor’s closure order. If exempt, please limit the number of clients brought into the office to limit for your own exposure and our employees’ exposure as well.
Should comply with no more than 5 people gathered together and to stay back 6 feet from each other.
Should inform each of your clients NOT to come in if they even feel slightly ill or have had a fever in the past 7 days or been exposed to someone who has.
Will have Mail delivered on your desk after 3pm
